We
are proud to be celebrating out 25th Anniversary! Founded
in 1977, Jim and Judi Davis, a husband and wife team, established
Davis Homes, Inc. in Steubenville, Ohio, selling and building
homes in the tri-state area comprised of Ohio, West Virginia,
and Pennsylvania.

Jim is president
and owner of our corporation with a Bachelor of Science degree
in business administration from West Liberty State College in
West Liberty, West Virginia. His wife, Judith, is vice-president
and co-owner with a background of seven years in the banking industry.
These two individuals are responsible for the daily operations
at Davis Homes, putting their combined talents and experience
into every home that they sell and build.
Originally,
their construction company was founded as builders of cedar homes
and site-built homes, with their emphasis on cedar homes. After
building more than 350 cedar homes, their construction interests
became more involved with site-built homes.
Upon visiting
an All American Homes plant in Decatur, Indiana, Jim was impressed
with the high quality workmanship of these modular homes, as they
compared considerably to his site-built homes. Being a builder,
Jim realized that these modular homes are actually stronger, "overbuilt"
buildings than his site-built homes. Sold on the quality of these
amazing homes, Jim and Judi soon joined the All American Homes
family and have enjoyed million dollar sales awards as well.
